Following a rise in communications from our members, we understand that a considerable amount are receiving unsolicited phone calls regarding their Club Class Membership and/or Cashback claim which we can confirm are being orchestrated by fraudsters.

They claim that they apparently have a buyer for their memberships and they are working in conjunction with The Club Class Corporation. Their claims are totally untrue and we would like to warn any member who is contacted NOT to give them any money, bank or credit card details as their intentions are fraudulent and their aim is to deceive.

If you have already paid them money, then we strongly advise you to contact your bank or credit card company immediately and report this payment as theft. Do not sign any paperwork they may send you, as this will further tie you into their ploy and ensure it will be much harder for you to get your money back.

We are taking these incidents very seriously and are investigating this matter further, once we have acquired all the relevant evidence we will take our findings to the relevant authorities and push for legal action to be taken.

The only reason why anyone should be contacting you about your membership is to offer you an upgrade, a holiday or to obtain your annual subscriptions. If this is not the case then you should report it to our Customer Services Department as soon as possible, so that we can advise you as to whether this communication is legitimate.

OH.Controlaccount (Bogus Debt Collectors) - It has been reported that these con-men have been posting demand letters to our clients in recent weeks; and we also understand that owners of other such holiday products are also receiving similar approaches. They are claiming that they have outstanding fees for their membership which need to be paid urgently. The letter contains the members personal contact details and some membership details. Alarm bells tend to ring when members realize that their annual subscriptions are up-to-date and that they have no debts owing. This is a new approach by these fraudsters and certainly a very daring and confident attempt. Please do not be fooled or concerned, throw the letter in the bin and if you are still in doubt contact us immediately.
